NOTES:
These building footprints were developed using hi resolution aerial photography
and a software program called Nverse Photo.
The Nverse Photo building compounds are exported into 2D and 3D shapes.
Typically, unwanted features are included that appear fine in a 3D model but are
not needed in the footprint. Visual checks are made of the data and the shapes to
ensure that information is ported correctly. Per this document, the data structure
is modified, tables are populated and indexed. The Shapes are then imported into
a geo-database and integrated with multi-patch, 2D polygon and centroid feature
classes. A relationship class is defined between the multi-patch and 2D polygon
feature classes. A final visual check is made of both data and objects before
transmittal to the City.
